Job summary

Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our hospital bank team on a part-time basis. You will work with wards and departments to deliver a high quality pharmacy service, contributing to patient safety and accurate medicines management.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy service, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Society, and possess good IT literacy, numeracy and communication skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy service or equivalent required.
• Be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Society.
• Hold a Medicines Management/Reconciliation accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to deliver a high quality pharmacy service to wards and departments.
• Have experience within a hospital pharmacy.
• Demonstrate good IT, literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
