Practice Plus Group is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for the Belmarsh site in South East London. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours, with shifts Monday to Friday between 7am–7pm.

You will deliver a medicines management service within a secure environment, maintain records, and work within a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care. The position offers development opportunities and robust vetting accordingly.

Qualifikationen

• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPC).
• Up to date with Continual Professional Development (CPD).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Belmarsh, a Prison located in South East London

Hours

37.5hrs

Shifts are Monday to Friday between 7am - 7pm

Salary

This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £45,331per annum

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.

What you'll be doing

• Provide outstanding quality based patient centred care to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
• Focussing on providing a safe and secure medicines management service, ensuring patient medical records are maintained to the agreed standard at all times and ensuring standard operating procedures are followed to a high and orderly standard.
• Deliver non-judgemental care within the scope of professional standards. Involving anything from the timely administration of medicines through to analysing cost effective prescribing as defined through our unique health in justice medicines policy.
• You will make a real difference by working as a key member of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
