Job summary

Are you currently working within pharmacy and are now looking for something different? Would you like the opportunity to assist in a role that provides a near patient service and support the ward based team?

This is a innovative and exciting role for the pharmacy department and is an opportunity to learn and develop new skill, whilst working in the ward environment.

Main duties of the job

To support the work of a busy pharmacy department and assist in the supply of medication to patients. Work in a ward environment to assist the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in their role.

We require the candidates to have a NVQ level 2 in pharmacy services and have proven organisational skills.

Good communication skills are essential for this role as is the ability to work under pressure and meet required deadlines.
