Job summary

Skills4Group in Harrow is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team. You will support customer needs, handle prescriptions under supervision, and learn through a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.

Training and full support are provided; you will work Monday to Friday with blended learning over typically 15 months, contributing to public health services and stock management.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English desired but not essential; course can provide qualification.
• Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship offered with training.

Responsibilities

• Support customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Assist with preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain cleanliness, health and safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
