Job summary

Skills4Pharmacy is seeking a friendly Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team in the UK. Earn while you learn, working towards a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship with full training and support provided.

You will engage with customers, assist with prescriptions under supervision, and develop skills in stock control, using pharmacy systems and delivering great service.

Qualifications

GCSEs in Maths and English are desirable but not essential.
Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship training provided.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
Support preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
Handle stock deliveries and maintain accurate records.
Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
Maintain cleanliness, safety and confidentiality.
Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service.
