Job summary

Skills4Group is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice in Leamington Spa to support day-to-day pharmacy operations and engage with customers. You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided over typically 15 months.

You will handle prescriptions under supervision, learn stock management, and develop strong customer service and communication skills in a busy community pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English desired but not essential; training may be provided.
• Evidence of Maths/English Level 2 can be required if not possessed.
• A genuine interest in healthcare and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispensing and counter services under supervision.
• Provide friendly customer service and respond to queries.
• Maintain stock, cleanliness and accurate records.
• Support pharmacy team with day-to-day running of the store.
• Complete Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship during employment.
