Skills 4 Pharmacy is recruiting a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to support day-to-day operations and customer service in a busy community pharmacy in the United Kingdom. You will train through a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, with full training and support provided.

You will assist with prescriptions, stock control, and use pharmacy systems while delivering excellent customer care and teamwork.

Formación

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English desired but not essential as training can be provided.
• Interest in healthcare and helping people.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Assist with the preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
