Skills4Group is recruiting for a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice in Swadlincote. You will support day-to-day pharmacy operations, assist customers, and work toward a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship with full training and ongoing support.

This role involves handling prescriptions, stock management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and patient confidentiality while developing essential healthcare and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (Maths and English) preferred, as part of the course.
• No previous pharmacy experience required; full training provided.
• Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship and related qualifications offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and answer queries.
• Support prescription preparation under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
