Job summary

JustApply Ltd. is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to support the day-to-day running of a busy community pharmacy, closely working with the team to ensure safe and efficient service. You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship while performing essential duties.

The role offers blended learning with on-the-job training, focusing on customer service, prescription handling, and stock management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English; can be provided as part of the course.
• No prior pharmacy experience required; full training provided.
• Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship to be completed alongside role.

Responsibilities

• Support customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Assist with preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
