Job summary

Skills 4 Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to support daily pharmacy operations, help customers and work closely with the team to ensure safe, efficient service.

You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided over typically 15 months.

Gain hands-on experience in customer service, prescription processing, stock handling and pharmacy systems, while earning a recognised qualification.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English desired but not essential, can be provided as part of the course.
• No prior pharmacy experience required; full training will be provided.
• Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship delivered alongside the role.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of the pharmacy and assist customers.
• Assist with preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Ensure cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
