Job summary

Skills 4 Pharmacy in Bath is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to support day-to-day running, help customers and work with the team to ensure safe and efficient service. You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role with full training and support provided.

Working Monday to Friday 9-6, typical 15-month duration, no previous pharmacy experience required as training is provided; GCSEs in Maths and English desirable.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English desired
• No previous pharmacy experience required; full training provided
• Commitment to contracted working hours and guided learning hours

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of the pharmacy and assist customers
• Assist with preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records
• Process prescriptions and sales using pharmacy systems
• Maintain cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service
