Job summary

Skills4Group is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team in Aldershot. This role offers on-the-job training while you work towards a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, typically lasting 15 months.

You will assist customers at the medicines counter, help prepare prescriptions under supervision, manage stock and learn pharmacy systems, all while delivering high standards of service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths/English desired but not essential as training can be provided.
• No previous pharmacy experience required; full training provided through the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers at the medicines counter and responding to queries.
• Assisting with the preparation and supply of prescriptions (under supervision).
• Handling stock, deliveries and maintaining accurate records.
• Using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Working as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
