Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Relief Dispenser to work across different stores within a defined geographical area in the UK. You will support the pharmacist and healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services.

You will dispense prescriptions, guide patients, and help manage medicines while adhering to SOPs; opportunities to train as Pharmacy Technician or part of store leadership.

Qualifications

• Provide care and advice about medicines to patients
• Work with store teams to deliver pharmacy services

Responsibilities

• Prescription dispensing while ensuring safe supply of medicines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services
• Provide care and advice to patients and refer queries to Pharmacist
• Follow SOPs to support safe dispensing of prescriptions
• Keep up to date with new store innovations and SOPs
• Help patients manage repeats and adherence to reduce waste
• Communicate with store teams to ensure continuity of care
