Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd. seeks a Pharmacy Practice Manager to blend patient care with commercial focus in a busy store setting. You will lead the pharmacy team, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver NHS and private services while driving a profitable pharmacy operation.

Qualifications

• A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare.
• Able to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist to deliver a safe working environment.
• Able to deliver results by inspiring and motivating your team to take action and deliver within the defined KRAs.
• Experienced in comfortably challenging, confronting and solving difficult situations maintaining solid connections in store and with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and exceptional patient safety.
• Deliver NHS and private healthcare services and drive pharmacy targets and deadlines.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues to maintain high professional standards and compliance with GPhC standards.
