Job summary

PSD Scotland, part of NHS Scotland, is seeking Practice Educators to join the Pharmacy team to support the Post‑Registration Programme across Scotland. You will work with educational supervisors and learners, delivering national sessions and ensuring quality across training pathways.

The role focuses on developing education solutions, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and providing cross‑cover for directorate priorities. Travel is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Experience supporting trainees/learners across pharmacy education.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of education solutions across PSD Scotland Pharmacy.
• Assist educational supervisors and learners in the Post-Registration Programme.
• Deliver national educational sessions and peer sessions.
• Quality manage progress of trainees and provide additional support as required.
• Travel will be required for this role.
