Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Pharmacy Area Support Assistant to work with our Pharmacy Area Manager across the area, driving great service and strong operational standards. You’ll support pharmacy teams, coordinate resources and help turn ideas into practical improvements that benefit customers and patients.

You’ll bring experience leading or supporting teams in retail or healthcare, with a solid understanding of pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading or supporting teams in a retail or healthcare environment with understanding of pharmacy operations.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, ask questions, challenge the status quo and seek better approaches.
• Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Support Pharmacy Area Manager to deliver plans and drive improvements across pharmacies.
• Assist with staffing, recruitment and resource planning for multiple sites.
• Coach and develop colleagues, support HR processes and performance management.
• Monitor service KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to audits, compliance, and inspections readiness.
• Support commercial activity and merchandising to improve performance.
