Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Pharmacy Services Assistant to help prepare and dispense prescriptions, assist customers with healthcare products, and support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, compassionate care to the community.

You will work alongside Pharmacists and Technicians, handle stock, maintain records, and participate in basic health checks, with training provided to grow your pharmacy knowledge and career.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 2 qualification in Pharmacy Assistant and/or Dispensing.
• Demonstrate care, accuracy and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional support in a pharmacy.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and accurate dispensing of medications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescriptions under supervision of a Pharmacist.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and advise on healthcare products.
• Support day-to-day running of the pharmacy, including stock management and record-keeping.
• Carry out basic health checks and support pharmacy services.
• Continue learning and maintain high professional standards.
