Job summary
Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Pharmacy Services Assistant to help deliver safe, compassionate pharmacy services to our communities. You’ll work with Pharmacists and Technicians to prepare prescriptions, assist customers and support stock management in a busy pharmacy.
We welcome candidates who are passionate about helping others and who show care, accuracy and teamwork. Prior pharmacy experience is helpful, and a Level 2 qualification in Pharmacy Assistant/Dispensing is essential.
Qualifications
- Level 2 qualification in Pharmacy Assistant or Dispensing is essential.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy environment is advantageous.
- Care, accuracy and a genuine passion for supporting others are required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense prescriptions under supervision, ensuring safe, accurate care.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and signpost to services when needed.
- Assist with ordering, receiving and maintaining pharmaceutical stock and records.
- Carry out basic health checks and support pharmacy services to improve community health.
- Maintain confidentiality and high professional standards in all tasks.
