Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Wellington, Somerset (TA21 8AA). This full-time role offers 45 hours per week with alternate Saturdays and a salary up to £70,000 FTE, negotiable based on experience. Relocation package available.

You will lead a pharmacy team, ensure GPhC standards, and drive services across our pharmacy and healthcare offering. GPhC registration and community pharmacy experience are preferred. Independent Prescriber welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Pharmacists must be GPhC registered.
• Community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential.
• Newly qualified pharmacists encouraged to apply.

• Lead your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care

• Driving commercial success and ensuring compliance
• Delivering and developing pharmacy and healthcare services to meet the needs of your local community
• Using your clinical expertise to support patients with a wide range of healthcare needs

• GPhC registered pharmacists
