Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a busy community pharmacy in Castleford. The role includes managing a team, stock, and services while delivering excellent patient care and maintaining GPhC standards. This fixed-term Mat Cover role offers leadership opportunities and a competitive package.

The position welcomes applicants for part-time arrangements (4 days per week minimum) and provides scope to develop clinical and management skills within a growing healthcare network.

Lead the Way in Community Healthcare – Become a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager!
Mat Cover role (12 months FTC from December 2026)
Location: Castleford (WF10 1DE)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week – alternate Saturdays
Part-time applicants also welcome (4 days per week minimum required)
Salary: Up to £60,000 FTE – negotiable depending on experience

We’re Looking For:

• GPhC registered pharmacists
• Community pharmacy experience preferred
• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential
• Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply
