Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Oxford to lead a busy community pharmacy team, ensuring patient‑focused care and clinical excellence. This role drives sales, maintains stock and regulatory standards, and develops services for the local community.

Independent Prescriber qualification is welcomed but not essential, with strong leadership required to grow the operation. The position offers a competitive salary with bonus potential, real‑time earnings tracking, and extensive staff

Lead the Way in Community Healthcare – Become a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager!

Location: Oxford Templars (OX4 3JP)

Hours: 47 hours per week, working 4 weekdays (8:30am-7:00pm) and alternate Saturdays (9:00am-7:00pm). Saturdays are worked on an alternate-week basis.

Salary: Up to £63,000 FTE – negotiable depending on experience
