Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a GPhC qualified pharmacist to lead a busy community pharmacy in Falmouth. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, stock control, and ensuring GPhC standards while driving commercial performance.

You'll work with a regional healthcare manager and develop your team through coaching, training, and delivering exceptional patient service. We offer strong rewards and a supportive environment with career progression.

Qualifications

• Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist.
• Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximise profit through targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy team, stock, operations and GPhC standards.
• Receive direct line management from Regional Healthcare Manager.
• Inspire staff to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service.

Job description

Hours: 45 hours per week - alternate Saturdays (we will consider candidates looking for part time hours)

Salary: Up to £69,000 FTE - negotiable depending on experience

The Role

As a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager, you will have day to day responsibility for your team, stock, operational and GPhC (PSNI) standards. You will receive direct line management support from your Regional Healthcare Manager.
