Job summary

Tesco Pharmacies is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager to lead a team and ensure excellent patient care at our Sheerness location. You will supply prescriptions, provide NHS and Private services, and offer healthcare advice to customers, while supporting the Pharmacy Manager in training and development of colleagues.

You will participate in Tesco's charity programs, strengthen links with GP surgeries and Primary Care Networks, and help ensure accurate NHS payments.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Degree is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and empower a team.
• Must be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join PVG scheme.
• DBS check will be organised before employment.

Responsibilities

• Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS and Private services.
• Provide healthcare advice to customers.
• Support Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues.
• Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.
• Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
