Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team, deliver NHS and Private services, supply prescriptions, and provide trusted healthcare advice to customers. You’ll work closely with colleagues to drive service quality and patient care.

You’ll lead, train and develop staff, build strong relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP practices, and support dynamic community initiatives while ensuring accurate NHS payments and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Pharmacy Degree and be registered with the GPhC.
• Pass PVG Scheme and DBS checks as part of employment.
• Experience leading a pharmacy team and delivering NHS/Private services.

Responsibilities

• Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS and Private services.
• Provide healthcare advice to customers and patients.
• Lead, train and develop pharmacy colleagues.
