Tesco Pharmacy is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager to lead a team, deliver high-quality patient care, and grow the service with NHS and private offerings. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with local healthcare providers to enhance community health.

The role requires GPhC registration, DBS checks, and a commitment to flexible working and ongoing professional development within Tesco's supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree holder with GPhC registration; PVG scheme compliance helps ensure safeguarding patients.
• Ability to lead and empower a team to deliver first-class patient care.
• Be a GPhC member and willing to join PVG scheme; DBS checks arranged by Tesco.
• Commitment to continuing professional development and leadership training.

Responsabilités

• Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS and Private services, offering healthcare guidance to customers.
• Lead and support the pharmacy team, driving training and development.
• Build relationships with local Primary Care Networks and GP practices to improve care.
• Ensure accurate NHS payment claims and maintain regulatory compliance.
