Job summary

Kamsons Pharmacy in Brighton is recruiting for a Trainee Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant. You will be part of a busy community pharmacy team, focusing on accurately dispensing prescriptions and delivering high-quality customer care.

The role offers training towards NVQ Level 2 and a structured development path, with the potential to progress within the pharmacy network. Monday to Friday, 1:30pm-6:30pm, with starting pay up to £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Label and dispense prescriptions in accordance with SOPs, accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure safe supply and appropriate storage of medicines.
• Order stock to meet demand and check dates to minimise waste.
• Create and update patient medication records with data protection in mind.
• Assist with preparation of Monitored Dosage Systems for patients.
