Boots is seeking a Dispenser to join the in-store pharmacy team in the UK. You will assist the pharmacist and healthcare professionals to ensure safe, efficient delivery of pharmacy services and patient care.

Based in-store, the role involves dispensing prescriptions, giving medicine advice, and supporting repeats while maintaining safety and regulatory standards. UK right-to-work is required.

Qualifications

• Completed the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 (or equivalent) or have completed the first year of an MPharm.
• Current and valid UK right to work; sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa is not available.
• Experience in community pharmacy is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Prescription dispensing with safe supply of medicines including ordering, labelling, endorsing and collection of prescriptions.
• Collaborate with store healthcare professionals to manage and deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to the Pharmacist as appropriate.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to support safe and legal dispensing of prescriptions.
• Keep up to date with new innovations in store and comply with operational processes.
• Help patients manage their prescriptions with reliable repeats and adherence to reduce waste.
