Job summary

Boots UK is offering a Trainee Dispenser role in-store in the UK. No prior experience is required and full training will be provided, with an hourly rate of £13.12–£15.10 across selected locations. You’ll support the pharmacist, dispense prescriptions and provide patient advice while following SOPs to ensure safety and compliance.

The role includes NVQ2 dispenser training and opportunities for career development within Boots, with a focus on patient care and effective medicines management.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and complete the Dispenser training programme (NVQ2).
• Current and valid UK right to work. This role is not eligible for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa.
• Experience in community pharmacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train for the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 programme.
• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to deliver pharmacy services.
