The company specialises in active temperature-controlled deliveries to hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers and medical care surgeries as well as to end patients which it serves through its homecare business. As a Dispensing Assistant working within the in-house pharmacy, you'll be labelling and dispensing Homecare prescriptions, maintaining accurate patient medication records, and supporting the smooth operation of the dispensary.
Working 37.5 hours per week between 08:00 and 18:00 on a split shift basis, you must be flexible and prepared to work additional hours as required, especially for urgent medical needs.
NVQ Level 2 Dispensary qualification is desired but not essential; full in-house training will be provided, and you will work towards the NVQ Level 2 certification.
