Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an analytical professional to support the Medicines Value and Biologics team by analysing medicines usage, activity and expenditure data, with emphasis on high-cost drugs, biologics and biosimilars. The role involves developing dashboards using Power BI, Rx-Info and Excel to drive evidence-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse medicines usage, activity, and expenditure data from Trust systems and external sources.
• Identify trends, variation, and opportunities for improvement in prescribing high-cost drugs and biologics.
• Produce accurate routine and ad hoc reports to support medicines optimisation and CIP delivery.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using Rx-Info and Excel.
• Support NHSE and Blueteq reporting and ensure data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, finance and digital teams to enable informed decision-making.
