Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy team within the Pharmacy department. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to join our administrative team to provide secretarial support.

  1. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours (further details can be provided to the successful candidate).
  2. The role involves working within the Pharmacy Team based at North Tyneside General Hospital. The successful candidate may be required to work at other locations within the Trust.
  3. The main responsibilities include providing secretarial support to the Chief Pharmacist/Clinical Director for Medicines Management, deputies, and the Pharmacy Senior Management Team (PSMT). Additionally, the role involves introducing and maintaining effective administrative systems to ensure the efficient operation of the department's management office.
