Job summary

Paydens Group is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. You will support dispensing under supervision, deliver outstanding customer service, and help maintain an efficient pharmacy operation.

We welcome applicants with NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent; we value teamwork, accuracy, and computer literacy for pharmacy software. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am–6:30pm with occasional weekend shifts; a generous staff discount and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent customer service, empathy and patience.
• Detail-oriented with safe, accurate pharmacy operations.
• Strong teamwork and computer literacy for pharmacy software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support patients.
• Maintain organized workflow and stock levels.
• Utilise computer systems to process prescriptions and manage queries.
