Job summary

Paydens Group of Pharmacies is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to support dispensing under supervision, assist customers, and maintain an organised workflow.

The role requires NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent, excellent customer service, keen eye for detail, and strong teamwork. Training and progression opportunities are provided within a supportive, established pharmacy group.

Your Mission as a Pharmacy Assistant

As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, maintaining meticulous accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.

• Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.

• Contribute to the pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficient workflow.

• Manage inventory by organising, stocking, and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.

• Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling customer queries.
