Job summary

Paydens Group Of Pharmacies in East Malling, UK seeks a Pharmacy Assistant to join a patient-focused team. You will assist with dispensing under supervision, handle prescriptions, maintain stock, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes accuracy, use of pharmacy software, and teamwork. Training is provided, and the schedule runs Monday to Friday 9am-6:30pm with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service ethos with a patient-centered approach.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and safety in pharmacy operations.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration across a busy pharmacy team.
• Comfortable with learning and using pharmacy software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to adapt quickly in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to patients and carers.
• Maintain an organised and efficient workflow within the pharmacy.
• Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure product availability.
