Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice in England. You will support day-to-day running of the pharmacy, help customers and work with the team to ensure safe and efficient service while undertaking a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.

You will be trained and paid to learn, with blended learning over typically 15 months and contracted hours. This role offers valuable entry into healthcare with long-term pharmacy career opportunities.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English desirable but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.
• Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 apprenticeship training with blended learning.

About the role

As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the pharmacy, helping customers and working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient service.

You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided.

Supporting customers at the medicines counter and responding to queries

Assisting with the preparation and supply of prescriptions (under supervision)

Handling stock, deliveries and maintaining accurate records

Using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality

Working as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service

Working Week

Mon-Fri 8.30-6.30pm (may include Saturday mornings)

Qualifications Required
