Job summary

Skills4Group is seeking a Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team in Kingston upon Thames. You will support day-to-day pharmacy operations while training for a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience in a healthcare setting.

You will complete the Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English desired, not essential.
• Maths/English Level 2 qualification may be required via course tests for suitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Prepare and supply prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
