Job summary

Skills4Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to support day-to-day pharmacy operations in London. You will assist customers, help process prescriptions under supervision, and contribute to stock management while training for a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.

The role offers on-the-job training with full support, blended learning, and the chance to gain a nationally recognised pharmacy qualification within approximately 15 months.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired.
• Maths and English Level 2 tests may be required if not in place.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Help with the preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
