Job summary

JustApply Ltd. is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice in Lancashire to support daily pharmacy operations, assist customers at the medicines counter, and work with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient service.

You will undertake a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided. The position involves stock handling, using pharmacy systems, and delivering high standards of customer care in a busy community setting.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English; desired but not essential as training provided.
• No previous pharmacy experience is required; full training provided.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Help prepare and supply prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality; work as part of a team.
