Your Role as a Pharmacy Assistant

As a vital team member, you will:

1. Assist in dispensing medications under supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
2. Provide excellent customer service, making patients feel supported and valued.
3. Help maintain an organized and efficient workflow within the pharmacy.
4. Manage inventory by organizing, stocking, and ensuring pharmaceutical integrity.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• Pharmacy knowledge, preferably with an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service skills with warmth, empathy, and patience.
• Attention to detail to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Computer literacy and willingness to learn pharmacy software systems.
