Job summary

Boots in-store is seeking a Trainee Dispenser to join our pharmacy team. You will support the pharmacist and other healthcare professionals during your NVQ2 dispenser training, delivering safe, efficient pharmacy and healthcare services to customers.

No prior experience required; full training provided and you will learn dispensing, patient care and how to manage medicines, with opportunities to progress to Pharmacy Technician or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and complete the Dispenser training programme (NVQ2).
• Current and valid UK right to work. Sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete your training for the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 programme.
• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Work with healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines.
