Job summary

Impact Futures is offering a Full-time, on-site Apprenticeship role as a Pharmacy Assistant. You will support daily pharmacy operations while completing the Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, under supervision of registered professionals.

You will gain hands-on experience in dispensing, stock control, and customer service, while participating in the apprenticeship programme to become a qualified Pharmacy Services Assistant.

Qualifications

• Enrolment onto an approved apprenticeship programme is required.
• Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship provides on‑the‑job training.
• Commitment to completing the apprenticeship framework.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing, stock management and customer service.
• Support NHS and private prescription processing and submissions.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and health advice to customers.
• Maintain stock, check deliveries and manage expiry dates.
• Support pharmacy operations and administrative duties.
