Job summary

Evolve Selection, partnering with an independent pharmacy chain, is recruiting a Pharmacist/Pharmacist Manager for a brand-new Brighton store (BN2). You’ll deliver NHS and private services and help grow the offering, leading quality patient care.

Role is full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays (9am-1pm). You’ll ensure safe dispensing and support store expansion as volumes grow.

Qualifications

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist with passion for high-quality care.
• Ability to deliver NHS and private services and grow offerings.
• Confident communicator building relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Proactive, patient-focused with safe dispensing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GPhC and NHS England standards.
• Take accountability for patient safety and accurate dispensing.
• Supervise safe preparation and supply of medicines.
• Deliver NHS and commissioned services with quality and continuity.
