Sterling Cross Ltd in Brighton seeks a Pharmacist Manager to take a lead role in a busy community pharmacy, delivering excellent patient care and managing daily operations. The role focuses on NHS/clinical services, with automation support and off-site MDS trays so you can focus on clinical leadership.

The successful candidate will be registered GPhC pharmacist with an MPharm or equivalent, bring team-management skills and strong patient-facing communication.

Formación

• MPharm or equivalent with GPhC registration as a Pharmacist.
• Ideally at least 12 months post-qualification experience.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; no visa sponsorship available.
• Comfortable managing a team.
• Confident in dealing with patients face to face.
• Good communication skills.

Are you a confident, patient-focused Pharmacist looking for an opportunity to take the lead in a busy community pharmacy?

An established independent pharmacy is looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join the team in Brighton!

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting a wide range of NHS and clinical services.

You’ll benefit from prescription automation to support efficient dispensing, with MDS trays prepared off site, allowing you to focus on patient care, clinical services and the day-to-day running of the pharmacy.

About You:

• MPharm or equivalent with GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
