Well Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our community pharmacy in Walthamstow. You will oversee daily operations, support patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative team environment.

You will be responsible for delivering services such as NMS, Travel health, and chronic disease management, with a focus on excellent customer care. GP liaison and staff development are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• MPharm degree or equivalent required.
• Must have GPhC registration at start date.
• Management experience required to lead a community pharmacy team.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Walthamstow. This community pharmacy is commutable from surrounding areas and is located on a high street. It has a great relationship with the local GP surgery/health centre. How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It dispenses 1200 items a week,
• It provides a wide range of services including NMS, Pharmacy First, Hypertension, Weight management, COVID, FLU, MENB, travel, Contraception.
• It dispenses 28 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open Monday - Froday 9am-6pm.

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity. You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers. You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
