Job Title: Pharmacist Manager

Evolve is working with a specialist provider of outsourced pharmacy solutions seeking a Pharmacist Manager to join their team. You will work closely with the line manager and a close-knit team to provide an efficient, high-quality, professional, and well-coordinated dispensing service based in Chester.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, and one in every 4 Saturdays, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm, as required by the business.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager

• A qualified Pharmacist, registered with the GPhC.
• Previous management experience in a busy pharmacy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with clinical and operational leaders of our customers’ CQC-registered premises.
• Commercial awareness, including experience of delivering NHS services and effective stock management.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager

• Work closely with the line manager and the Head of Operations to deliver an efficient and professional service.
• Lead a large team of qualified pharmacy staff in a busy operational environment.
• Maintain and develop high standards around good practice, patient safety, and risk management.
