Job Title: Pharmacist Account Manager (PAM)

Location: Field Based - North West England & Northern Ireland

Contract Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

This is a territory role, allowing remote work within the specified territory, with some national travel and attendance at head office for meetings or training. Candidates must reside in NW England, with travel to Northern Ireland expected.

Role Overview:

As a Pharmacist Account Manager, you will engage with key customers on a peer-to-peer basis, working across NW England and Northern Ireland with pharmacists, practice-based pharmacists, and NHS stakeholders involved in respiratory care.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with clinical pharmacists and key decision-makers involved in COPD care in primary and secondary care settings.
  • Support pharmacists in managing COPD patient cohorts.
  • Utilize omni-channel sales skills to promote GSK's inhaled therapies for COPD.
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues to achieve sales and activity targets, adhering to KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
  • Qualified Pharmacist
  • Experience in primary care
  • Strong presentation skills for engaging clinicians with promotional and scientific materials
Preferred:
  • Experience working with respiratory patients in primary care
  • Experience leading quality improvement projects
  • Established relationships with local decision-makers and KOL networks
  • Knowledge of NHS funding, stakeholder navigation, and patient management strategies
