Rowlands Pharmacy Wem Branch in Wem, Shropshire is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist with community pharmacy experience to join our busy team.

You will dispense prescriptions, provide patient counselling, collaborate with doctors and nurses, and participate in health promotion initiatives. The branch uses Medipac robotics and ProScript to ensure efficient service while maintaining high standards of patient care.

A relocation package may be available and competitive rates are offered.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC.

Responsibilities

This branch is staffed with an experienced team including a non-pharm manager, ACPT, 1 Technician, 2 full time dispensers, 2 part time dispensers, and 1 part time trainee's,providing an excellent service to the local community from their setting connected to a medical centre.Currently dispensing around 11,000 items per month, this is a relatively busy branch. As well as providing a variety of services, such as weight management, flu, covid, contraception, blood pressure, ABPM and Pharmacist First. This branch also utilises our Medipac robotic distribution technology, which frees up your time to provide the care our patients deserve, and uses ProScript System in Branch.

• Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care

• Provide immunization services (where applicable)
