Well Pharmacy in Salisbury seeks an experienced Pharmacist to join the team in a busy community setting. The role supports patient care and collaborates with local GP surgeries to provide core services and high-quality dispensing.

The successful candidate will have an MPharm degree and GPhC registration, with potential for career development and a supportive management structure.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Salisbury.

This community pharmacy is commutable from surrounding cities/ towns/ villages and is located in the city centre. It has a good working relationship with the local GP surgeries/health centres.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It dispenses 11,000 items a month,
• It provides a wide range of core services including supervised consumption, PCS .
• It provides services to 10 substance misuse patients and 2 care homes with a total of 100 beds.
• It dispenses 40 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm and Saturdays 9am - 1pm.

The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of 5 pharmacy assistants including a checker and a trainee.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
