Duties May Include (depending on band):

• Provide safe, high-quality clinical pharmacy services to various patient groups
• Support or lead on medicines optimisation initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care
• Supervise or mentor junior team members
• Contribute to audits, quality improvement projects, and service development
• Participate in ongoing training and professional growth

What We’re Looking For:

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist
• NHS experience preferred
• Postgraduate qualifications desirable for higher band roles
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• A team player with a strong commitment to patient care
