We have an exciting opportunity for a clinical pharmacist to join our friendly practice based in Oxfordshire. You will be working solely for Hedena Health, joining our team of two pharmacists. Our practice is innovative and forward-thinking, committed to delivering excellent patient care. Main duties include:

• Assisting patients with medication-related issues
• Supporting practice staff with prescriptions and medication queries
• Collaborating on prescribing safety and quality
• Medicines reconciliation and reviewing repeat medications
• Supporting training such as independent prescribing
• Developing skills in areas like respiratory, diabetes, minor illness
• Conducting medication reviews and clinical audits
• Participating in contractual work and achieving practice targets
